Park Bunny Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile application that allows users to locate and pay for parking services. These Terms govern your use of the App and set out your rights and obligations as a user ("you" or "user").
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use certain features of the App, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Park Bunny is a platform that connects users with available parking spaces and facilitates payment for parking. The availability of parking spaces is not guaranteed, and we do not own or operate the parking spaces listed in the App. You agree that your use of any parking space is subject to the rules and terms set by the parking operator. You must comply with all local parking regulations.
We do not assume liability for any damage to your vehicle, theft, or other issues arising from your use of third-party parking spaces.
Park Bunny Ltd acts solely as an agent or facilitator between you, the user, and the parking space operator. We do not own, operate, or manage the parking spaces listed in the App, and we are not responsible for their availability, condition, or operation. Our role is limited to providing a platform for finding and reserving parking spaces, and facilitating payments on behalf of the parking operator.
When you make a payment through the App, Park Bunny Ltd collects the payment on behalf of the parking operator and passes the funds to the operator after deducting applicable fees. We are not liable for any issues related to the parking services provided by the operator, including but not limited to disputes over parking terms, fines, damages, or availability of spaces.
Any disputes or claims regarding the use of parking spaces should be directed to the relevant parking operator. While we will assist where possible, Park Bunny Ltd is not responsible for resolving such disputes.
When you use the App to reserve or pay for parking, you agree to pay all applicable fees displayed within the App. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By entering your payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Park Bunny is not responsible for any payment processing errors or issues related to your bank, card issuer, or third-party payment provider.
Cancellation policies for parking reservations vary by location and operator. Please review the cancellation terms for each parking space before making a booking. We do not guarantee refunds unless specifically stated in the App for the parking space in question. Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations must be directed to the parking operator, though we will assist where possible.

All content, software, and materials available on the App, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and software code, are owned by or licensed to Park Bunny Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our express written consent.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park Bunny Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold Park Bunny Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Apple, the Apple logo, and Apple Pay® are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. MasterCard® and the MasterCard Brand Mark are registered trademarks of MasterCard International Incorporated. Visa® is a registered trademark of Visa International Service Association. Revolut® and the Revolut logo are trademarks of Revolut Ltd. Use of these trademarks does not imply endorsement.
